The amino acid sequence was deduced from the full-length human and mouse cDNAs. Identical residues are indicated by vertical bars and conservative substitutions by double dots. The two cysteine and histidine rich domains (CHORDs) are in red and underlined. CS domain is in blue and the acidic amino acid stretch at the extreme carboxy-terminal is in green.
